So much has been happening! I just got off the phone with (I guess) the coordinator of Creative Jenius. Apparently, the “work study” position is not for choreography. They need someone to collect money and take names/emails at the beginning and end of class. I’m fine with that, though — even if I can be around dance I’ll be happy. I can’t wait for my first paycheck from my actual job! I got rehired at Club Monaco as of yesterday, and should be getting paid within the next two weeks. I also have no facial hair right now. Club Monaco’s policy is “faces must be clean-shaven.” UGH. I look like a platypus, and not in the cute… well… I look like a platypus. I figure that if I’m getting paid for it and I’m not checking for anyone this summer, it shouldn’t be a problem. I got a shorty that wants me to wait for him, so I will. <– Who AM I?!?! My weight is getting a little out of control. I think I’ve gained like 8 lbs since I last had a doctor’s visit. I could say it was from muscle. It’s very hard for me to find motivation. The things to eat around the house are not exactly healthy and/or don’t require long preparation time. I heard that if you have to prepare a meal for yourself over a span of time, you actual will think about what you’re going to eat a lot more. Shortbread cookies are going to be the end of me.
